Roger Federer has left his rented house in Wimbledon earlier than he would have liked. After the bitter quarter-final defeat against Kevin Anderson (6:2, 7:6, 5:7, 4:6, 11:13), the world number 2 is taking a break. Where is not known.
The only thing that is clear is that Federer is not relaxing in his house in Wollerau SZ. Because: As the Höfner Volksblatt writes, the tennis star has sold his property at Studenbühlstrasse 65.

The property at Studenbühlstrasse 65 in Wollerau no longer belongs to Federer.
This means that the 20-time Grand Slam winner now has “only” two official residences: in Dubai and in Valbella GR.
But who now lives in Federer’s former house near Lake Zurich? The buyer is apparently a wealthy individual from the canton of Zurich who currently works in the area of asset management/asset supervision. Name unknown.
The Federers’ sale of their house is not surprising. The property was advertised on real estate portals in 2016 for 5.4 million Swiss francs.
